Alicia was spot on and got me a good policy in no time flat as my last agent dropped the ball. I thought my previous agent was shopping my policy when I contacted her as soon as I heard that my previous insurance policy was going to increase to $300 per month despite doing repairs that they required within the first year of coverage (i.e. new water heater, that was working perfectly fine and new water supply lines for all three sinks). After I started looking on my own and found Alicia(her insurance company was referred by another insurance company) my previous insurance agent said she couldn’t do any better. Alicia communicated well and was able to get me a more reasonable premium. Frankly all Florida homeowners insurance companies are asking for more money and less coverage. What a racket but Alicia is doing the best she can for me.

I am so glad I contacted Angela at GreatFlorida Insurance (Wesley Chapel). Angela really takes the time to seek out quality insurance companies that can provide coverages needed at an affordable price. She found an insurance company that offered better coverage at $400 savings on my Homeowners policy. Jordan Scardino with GreatFlorida- Beau Barry has been a life savior. Upon receiving a huge increase in our home policy renewal and news from mortgage company that a large lump sum payment to escrow was needed for shortages, my husband and I were to say the least, a little stressed. Jordan has been extremely patient with my numerous requests and questions. She is always quick to respond, has great attention to detail and has just been a pleasure to speak with.
